Ingredients:
8 Brown Bread slices     
1 cup Sweet Corns Kernels      
1 medium Green Capsicum, chopped     
2-3 Green Chillies, chopped     
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves, chopped       
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups Grated Cheese        
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
 - In a bowl, mix sweet corn, green capsicum, cheese, green chillies, coriander leaves, onion, black pepper powder and salt.
 - Divide the mixture into eight equal portions.
 - Toast bread slices on one side on a tawa.
 - Apply cheese mixture on non-toasted side of bread slices.
 - Bake in the preheated oven till topping turns golden brown.
 - Cut each slice diagonally into two and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
