Easy to bake, moist and yummy banana bread with chocolate
chips….
Ingredients:
2 Ripe bananas
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Soft butter
1/4 cup castor sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp Milk at room temp
1 tbsp chocolate chips
Mix together 1 tsp cocoa powder in 1 tbsp milk
Method:
- Sift together flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl.
- In another bowl beat together sugar and butter till creamy.
- Mash bananas in a third bowl and add to the butter mix.
- Now, slowly add the dry ingredients to wet and beat well for 2-3 min by adding milk and
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter in a greased and lined loaf tin. Swirl gently the cocoa powder mixture.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170 deg C. for 20 - 25 min or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool completely, cut into slices and serve.
