Ingredients:
1/2 cup Oats
1/2 cup Yogurt
150 ml mix fruit juice
Chopped mix fruits
2 tbsp finely chopped almonds
1 tbsp crushed corn flakes (optional)
Method:
- Add oats and mix fruit juice in a bowl. Soak overnight in fridge or 5-6 hours.
- Before serving add in yogurt, mix fruits and almonds.
- Top with corn flakes and enjoy.
Its a knock-out to start my day. Love it and I shall get ready; have most of the ingredients except to get the fruits.
