Healthy Corn Bhel


Everyone’s favorite bhel in more tasty and healthy version.


Ingredients:


2 cups Puffed Rice (Murmura)
2 cups corn, boiled
Onion Chopped
Tomato Chopped
2 Green Chillies
2 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Coriander leaves
2 tsp chat masala powder
Salt & Red chili powder to taste

Method:

  • Mix together all the ingredients.
  • Garnish with sev and finely chopped coriander.
  • Serve immediately. (I used 1 tsp pomegranate seeds to make more healthy and colorful).
