Ingredients:
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup Desiccated coconut powder + for rolling
Pistachios for garnishing
Colors of your choice
Method:
- In a pan, mix together coconut powder and condensed milk and cook on a slow flame till the mixture leaves the sides of pan (approx 5-7 minutes).
- Separate the mixture on greased plate into equal portion according to the size of ladoos.
- Add a drop of color to each portion and with oiled hands make ladoos.
- Roll the ladoos in coconut powder and add pistachio flakes on each of them.
