Corn and Capsicum Salad

Easy and healthy bowl of corn and capsicum salad with sweet and sour dressing.


1 cup corn, boiled
1/2 cup, capsicum, chopped  
1 small onion, chopped
1 tomato chopped

For dressing:

1 tbsp condensed milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste


  • Mix corn, capsicum, onion and tomatoes in a bowl.
  • Whisk together condensed milk, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil.
  • Pour over the dressing. Toss and serve.
