Ingredients:
4 cucumbers
200 gm paneer (cottage cheese), crumbled
1 small carrot, grated
1 capsicum, chopped fine
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped (optional)
Salt and Pepper as per taste
Method:
- Peel cucumbers, cut vertically in two and scoop out pulp in a bowl.
- In same bowl add paneer, capsicum, carrot, tomato, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Fill above mixture in cucumber and Serve.
